By registering on or using the SwissTürkNet platform you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Each person may create only one account.
• Persons under 18 may not create an account.

3. Content Rules

All content you share on the platform must comply with the following rules:

• Illegal content is prohibited.
• Hate speech, insults and discrimination are prohibited.
• Misleading or false information is prohibited.
• Spam and unsolicited advertising are prohibited.
• Sharing other people's personal data without consent is prohibited.

4. Business Accounts and Packages

Businesses with a business account are responsible for the accuracy of the services they offer. The platform cannot be held liable for damages arising from services provided by businesses.

Paid packages are paid by bank transfer and become active once the payment is confirmed. Packages do not renew automatically; no refunds are made for the active period.

5. Content Moderation

User content may be reviewed by an administrator before publication. The platform reserves the right to reject or remove content it considers inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform design, logo and original content belong to SwissTürkNet. Users warrant that they hold the rights to the content they share.

7. Account Suspension

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given. The platform is not liable for disputes between users.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Swiss courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
